Third-Annual Cyber Flag Exercise Highlights Teamwork, Training November 19, 2013 — U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) wrapped up its third-annual Cyber Flag exercise Nov. 8 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. New JWAC Commander Takes Helm August 16, 2013 — Navy Capt. R. Chandler Swallow became the new commander of the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) in a change of command ceremony on Thursday, August 15, 2013, replacing Navy Capt. Gary Shoman who retired after 30 years of naval service. Swallow is the ninth commander of JWAC and the first surface warfare officer to lead the 400-person command. MORE
