JSpOC Trophy Presentation

Gen. Kevin Chilton, USSTRATCOM commander, and Mr. Gary Gates, representing the Strategic Command Consultation Committee, present the Omaha Trophy to Col. Michael Fortney, Col. Richard Boltz, the 614th Air and Space Operations Center commander and director of the JSpOC at Vandenberg Air Force Base Aug. 26 at the base auditorium.
