U.S. Navy Adm. Charles "Chas" A. Richard, commander of U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), provides remarks during the 24th annual Space and Missile Defense Symposium at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama, Aug. 12. “We have to maintain strategic deterrence in all domains, utilizing all of the elements of our national power. We need to define the larger whole of integrated deterrence and how each of our parts fit into it,” Richard said.
