Submarine Group 7 Hosts Trilateral Theater Anti-Submarine Warfare Tabletop Exercise and Working Group in Yokosuka

891st MSFS achieves new heights
MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. — The 891st Missile Security Forces Squadron was awarded the 2022 Security Forces Squadron Outstanding Large Unit Award at the Major Command level for the first time in the unit’s history, and will go on to compete for the award at the Air Force level. The award recognizes the importance of the mission the 891st MSFS supports and the lengths the Airmen assigned to the unit went in order to ensure that mission was accomplished.

Combat Mission Ready initiative tested at Warren AFB
F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. — Maj. Thomas Keim, Air Force Global Strike Command chief of ICBM standardization and evaluation, stood alert at the L-01 missile alert facility near Kimball, Nebraska, Jan. 19, 2023, marking the first time a missileer stationed with AFGSC has pulled alert at one of the missile wings. His alert was the first display of the Combat Mission Ready initiative designed to ensure operators remain proficient in their field, even when stationed away from a missile wing.
