B-52s set to deploy to Europe

OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Three B-52 Stratofortresses are scheduled to deploy June 2 from Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, to RAF Fairford, United Kingdom, to participate in U.S. European Command’s Exercises Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 16 and Saber Strike 16, and U.S. Africa Command’s Just Hammer.

Barksdale B-52s partner with Jordanian Forces in Exercise Eager Lion

OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Two B-52 Stratofortress bombers assigned to the 2nd Bomb Wing, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, returned today from a 35-hour, 14,000-mile nonstop mission to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to participate alongside partner Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) in Exercise Eager Lion 2016.
