OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Brig. Gen. D. Scott George, J2 Intelligence director, U.S. Strategic Command, and members of the J2 directorate take a photo after being awarded the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation Dec. 20 in the USSTRATCOM theater. The Strategic Relocatable Targets Division, J2 directorate, was recognized for enhancing the intelligence community's capability to mitigate threats, for providing critical support to USSTRATCOM and actionable intelligence to warfighters, and coordinating intelligence efforts during three national-level exercises.
