OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - As he bids farewell to U.S. Strategic Command, Vice Adm. Cecil D. Haney, deputy commander, USSTRATCOM, takes the opportunity for a photo with his support team after awarding his enlisted aides with the Joint Service Commendation Medal Dec. 20.  Petty Officer 1st Class' Lance Ross and Martin Irlanda were recognized for their hard work and dedication and will accompany the admiral to his next duty station where he will take command of U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor Naval Base, Hawaii.
