OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - Maj. Gen. William Grimsley, Chief of Staff, U.S. Strategic Command, welcomes members of the Durham Museum On Track Guild during their visit to the command March 13. The On Track Guild is an organization that supports the Durham Museum through volunteerism, fund raising, and promotion to the community.
