OMAHA, Neb. - Maj. Gen. William Grimsley, chief of staff, U.S. Strategic Command, has a lively discussion with Heartland Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America member, Lt. Col. (U.S. Air Force retired) Richard Doolittle Sept. 21 during a MOAA sponsored social event.  General Grimsley was the guest speaker for the lunchtime event sponsored by the MOAA, a non-profit organization focused on military personnel issues.  The MOAA is comprised of approximately 370,000 active, retired, guard, reserve and former military officers and their families.
