"Start with Why" Book author Simon Sinek, talks to group of 150 United States Strategic command personnel, January 12, as part of the command's lecture series organized by the headquarters' Leadership Institute. His book offers an unconventional perspective that explains WHY some people and organizations are more innovative, more profitable, command greater loyalties from customers and employees alike and, most importantly, are able to repeat their success over and over again. Sinek is the third author off the commander's reading list to visit the STRATCOM.
