Offutt AFB, Neb. - Gen C. Robert Kehler, commander, U.S. Strategic Command presents Ms. Kerry Kelley, J6 director, C4 systems with the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive 26 June. The Presidential Rank Award honors high-performing senior career employees for sustained extraordinary accomplishment. Executives from across the U.S. government are nominated by their agency heads, evaluated by citizen panels and designated by the President. The Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive is the second-highest annual award given to senior executive service (SES) members. The award may be given to no more than 5% of the members of the SES in any\r\ngiven year.
