On behalf of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Air Force ROTC Detachment 465, Cadet Lt. Col. James Rosenau presents Gen. Kevin P. Chilton, commander, U.S. Strategic Command, a framed photo as a memento for delivering the keynote address at this year's commissioning ceremony in the student union hall May 7. The photo features an Air Force B-2 bomber flying over the University of Nebraska's Memorial Stadium. Eight cadets were commissioned into the Air Force during the ceremony.
