F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. (May 6, 2014) Commander, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Adm. Cecil D. Haney speaks to leaders of the 90th Missile Wing at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. Haney was on hand to present The Mighty Ninety with the 2013 Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Omaha Trophy.  Before the presentation ceremony, Haney spoke to the group about his priorities as the USSTRATCOM commander and how those priorities align with the Command's responsibilities as outlined in the Unified Command Plan. The four-star admiral also sought feedback and information on any issues he can advocate for on their behalf. The 90th Missile Wing distinguished itself by winning its third Omaha Trophy in a row and was selected based on formal evaluations, meritorious achievement, safety and other factors including community involvement and humanitarian actions.
