OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. (June 4, 2014) Commander, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Adm. Cecil D. Haney speaks at USSTRATCOM's Battle of Midway Commemoration ceremony. The ceremony, which observed the battle's 72nd anniversary, featured Haney and the USSTRATCOM Petty Officer Association detailing the decisive battle in the Pacific during World War II.
