U.S. Navy Adm. Cecil D. Haney (left), U.S. Strategic Command commander, and\r\nRear Admiral John Tammen, Deputy Director, Plans and Policy (center), welcomed\r\nparticipants from the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor\r\nLeadership Program to the Command last week. The ILVP is an exchange\r\nprogram that provides firsthand knowledge about U.S. society, culture and\r\ngovernment to foreign leaders, and fosters lasting relationships, helping to\r\nstrengthen engagement with countries around the world.
