OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. (Dec. 4, 2015) Commander, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), U.S. Navy Adm. Cecil D. Haney, meets with 55th Medical Group "Sleep Improvement" representatives during USSTRATCOM's Resilience and Health Fair on Dec. 4, 2015. One of nine DoD unified combatant commands, USSTRATCOM has global strategic missions, assigned through the Unified Command Plan, which include strategic deterrence; space operations; cyberspace operations; joint electronic warfare; missile defense; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; combating weapons of mass destruction; and analysis and targeting.
