Members of the U.S. Strategic Command Employee Engagement Tiger Team speak with employees on May 9, 2018. The team initiated the Ready Force Rotation Program, which is the first formal program implemented in the command that allows civilians to broaden their work experience on April 1, 2018. U.S. Strategic Command has global responsibilities assigned through the Unified Command Plan that include strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, space operations, joint electromagnetic spectrum operations, global strike, missile defense, and analysis and targeting.
