Lisa E. Gordon-Hagerty, the under secretary for Nuclear Security of the U.S. Department of Energy and administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), presents U.S. Navy Vice Adm. David Kriete, the deputy commander of U.S. Strategic Command, with a U.S. flag that has been flown over every NNSA lab, plant, and site during an award ceremony at NNSA headquarters in Washington, D.C., Aug. 17, 2018.  Kriete also received the Administrator’s Distinguished Service Silver award for his exceptional service as the Director of Strategic Capabilities Policy at the National Security Council from July 2016 to March 2018.
