JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii - Members of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) render honors during a chain of custody event for the recently identified remains of U.S. Army Cpl. Albert Mills at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Nov. 9, 2018. Mills, a member of Company F, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division during the Korean War, was transferred and buried in his hometown of Dallas. DPAA conducts global search, recovery and laboratory operations to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
