BELLEVUE, Neb. - U.S. Air Force Gen. John Hyten, commander of U.S. Strategic Command, presents a certificate of service to Pat McVay, director of joint exercises, training and assessments, and a Senior Executive Service member, during his retirement ceremony in Bellevue, Neb., July 26, 2019. During the ceremony, McVay was recognized for almost half a century of combined military and federal service.
