WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Timothy Hamilton, Senior Airman Philip Keating and Senior Airman Dalton Benson, 509th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron B-2 Spirit crew chiefs, look on during preflight checks in support of GLOBAL THUNDER 21, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, Oct. 22, 2020. Global Thunder is an annual command and control exercise designed to train U.S. Strategic Command forces and assess joint operation readiness. U.S. Strategic Command mission is to deter, detect and prevent strategic attack against the United States and our allies.
