BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. - The Air Force acquired its first E-4B-specific simulator. The simulator reached initial operational capability April 1, 2022. The E-4B Full Flight Simulator cost $16 million to develop and sustain, and will provide high-fidelity, full-motion simulation for E-4B pilots and flight engineers.
