OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - A U.S. Navy E6-B sits on the flight line prior to a Simulated Electronic Minuteman (SELM) test flight April 9, 2025, at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. From onboard the E6-B, Airmen assigned to the 625th Strategic Operations Squadron can use the Airborne Launch Control System (ALCS) to launch an ICBM if ground-base command centers are comprised.
