USSTRATCOM hosts first roundtable discussion with FFRDCs and UARCs

USSTRATCOM hosts space exercise with international partners

OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. - U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) led the third Space Situational Awareness (SSA) Tabletop Exercise (TTX) / GLOBAL SENTINEL 16 (GS-16), Sept. 21-30, at the Lockheed Martin Center for Innovation in Suffolk, Virginia. The event provided an opportunity to develop and implement processes for partners from Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and commercial entities to collaborate on combined SSA operations.

USSTRATCOM, NDU and UNO partner for JPME II course

OMAHA, Neb. - Eighteen Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Department of Defense (DoD) civilians completed a 10-week Joint and Combined Warfighting School satellite course at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) this week. The graduates received Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase II credit and were recognized during a graduation ceremony at UNO’s Mammel Hall, Aug. 25.
