Airmen and B-1B Lancers return to Ellsworth after completing Bomber Task Force 24-6
ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. — Airmen from the 37th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron returned to Ellsworth AFB June 25, 2024, following the successful completion of BTF 24-6 at Andersen AFB, Guam. This mission, conducted with Allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific, achieved significant milestones in strengthening partnerships and advancing strategic objectives.

Team Minot named DAF 2023 General Larry O. Spencer Award winners

Mission Success: Bomber Task Force 23-4 wraps up
KEFLAVIK, Iceland — Last month, more than 150 Airmen assigned to the 393rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron and 3 B-2 Spirit stealth bombers from Whiteman Air Force Base arrived at Keflavik Air Base, Iceland to synchronize efforts with Airmen from the 501st Combat Support Wing, and integrate with NATO Allies across Europe to engage in Bomber Task Force missions.

Barons return home following Bomber Task Force deployment
MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. — The 23rd Bomb Squadron’s world-famous “Bomber Barons” returned home from their most recent Bomber Task Force deployment to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, July 24. The contingent, composed of approximately 280 Airmen and four B-52H Stratofortress, logged hundreds of flight hours from dozens of sorties within the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility during the six-week deployment. The BTF also provided an opportunity for the squadron’s aircrews, maintainers and support personnel to integrate with various allies and partners present in the region for unrelated military exercises.
