U.S. Strategic Command to Conduct Exercise Global Lightning
OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. — U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) will conduct Global Lightning 2017, a command and control exercise, with components and tasks forces beginning Tuesday, Feb. 7.
